Dr. Kristine Aadland 

Dr. Kristine Aadland has an energy and excitement for life that is seen by all who have met her.  Born and raised in Vancouver, Washington, Dr. Aadland completed her undergraduate work at Oregon State University, and subsequently went to Oregon Health Sciences University for dental school.   In 2006, she graduated with Clinical Honors and returned to her hometown to start practicing as an employee.  Her dream was always to have her own practice and in 2009, she built out her dream practice.  She chose to differentiate herself in a competitive marketplace by creating a beautiful, spa-like dental office that utilized technology to make her better and more efficient. The cornerstone of this technology was Dentsply Sirona’s CEREC and CBCT products and today includes the latest with 3D Printing.

Dr. Aadland’s success is not by accident.  She is constantly pushing the limits of technology with her restorative work, implants, 3D printing, orthodontics and same day smile makeovers.  This has all been made possible by the extensive continuing education that she does each year. When Dr. Aadland is not in her private practice, she is spending time at Clinical Pathway, where she combines her passions for teaching and giving back to the community through live patient education.  She has also been awarded a faculty position through the NYU Langone AEGD program to encourage new dentists to embrace new dental technologies.

Dr. Anthony “Rick” Cardoza is a forensic dental consultant for the County of San Diego Office of the Medical Examiner, County of Imperial, Office of the Coroner, State of California Department of Justice and is the Director of the California Dental Identification Team (CalDIT).

Dr. Cardoza graduated from Northwestern Dental School in 1985 and maintains a general dental practice in San Diego, California. Dr. Cardoza is a Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Odontology.

Dr. Cardoza first incorporated dental lasers into his practice in 2001 for both hard tissue and soft tissue applications. Dr. Cardoza has certification in the Academy of Clinical Technology, and the World Clinic Laser Institute. Dr. Cardoza lectures extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada on the topics of lasers and forensic dentistry.

Kevin J. Donly, D.D.S., M.S. is currently a Professor and Chair in the Department of Developmental Dentistry and Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.  He received his D.D.S. in 1984, Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry in 1986, and M.S. in 1986 from the University of Iowa.

Dr. Donly is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, was on the Board of Trustees for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, was on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Foundation, is the previous Chair of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Council on Post-doctoral Education, is Past-President of the American Society of Dentistry for Children, is Past-President of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and was the Pediatric Dentistry Commissioner to the Commission on Dental Accreditation.  He has published over 350 chapters, manuscripts and abstracts associated with pediatric dentistry, prevention, dental restorative materials research and clinical utilization.

Dr. Suzanne Ebert graduated from University Of Louisville College Of Dentistry in 1998. After completing a residency, she started a solo private practice and enjoyed being a private practitioner for 11 years.  Upon the sale of her practice, she elected to continue her career by providing dental care to indigent populations as the Dental Director at a local Federally Qualified Health Center.  Under her tenure the clinics expanded and addressed real needs in the community including eldercare, special needs care and ER diversion.  As Adjunct Faculty for the University of Florida, she had the privilege of working directly with senior dental students as they rotated through the clinics.  Dr. Ebert is unwavering in her desire to protect private practice dentistry.  She is a vocal advocate of having a strong association to lead the dental profession through the issues facing it today.

Jennifer Hirsch Doobrow, DMD, FACD, FICD

Dr. Jennifer Hirsch Doobrow, a Board Certified Periodontist, is the Owner and CEO of Periodontal and Implant Associates, Inc. located in Cullman, AL.  She earned her DMD at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2007 and received her certification in Periodontics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2010.  She serves, as a faculty member for the Pikos Institute, Chair of the Alabama Dental Association (ALDA) Council on Budget & Auditing and WISE- Women in Implantology Supporting and Empowering Advisory Board, is a UAB Alumni Executive Council District Representative and on the Executive Committee for the International Society of Periodontal Plastic Surgeons.  Dr. Doobrow is the President-Elect for the Southern Academy of Periodontology and currently serves on the Continuing Education Oversight Committee for the American Academy of Periodontology.  She holds Past-President positions in the Alabama Society of Periodontists and the Wilson Chenault Dental Study Club and is a Director for a Seattle Study Club located in Cullman, AL.  In 2012, Dr. Doobrow was recognized as one of the University of Georgia's (UGA) prestigious 40 Under 40. Most recently, Dr. Doobrow was selected as the 2021 Most Excellent Fellow for the Alabama Dental Association, one of the Top 10 Young Educators in America for 2017 by The Seattle Study Club, was inducted as a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Dentists.  She was also awarded the MUSC School of Dentistry Young Alumnus Award, the UAB School of Dentistry Outstanding Young Alumnus Award and was featured on Lifetime Network’s “The Balancing Act” as well as on the “Dentistry Uncensored Podcast”.  She has published articles in Compendium, Inside Dentistry, Dental Economics, DentistryIQ, Surgical Restorative Resource and Perio-Implant Advisory, and lectures Internationally on dental implants, periodontal hard and soft tissue regeneration, and perio-plastic therapies.

Dr. Susie Lin is an assistant professor and program director in the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Since 2017, she has been the residency research coordinator at Vanderbilt. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. 

Dr. Lin received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. She completed her medical degree and residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Vanderbilt. Dr. Lin also completed a Craniofacial Surgery Fellowship at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan.

Dennis McHugh is the manager of third party payer advocacy for the American Dental Association and works in the Practice Institute’s Center for Dental Benefits, Coding and Quality (CDBCQ). CDBCQ is the ADA agency responsible for promoting resources and information on dental benefit plans to employers and member dentists. In addition, CDBCQ responds to requests and helps resolve dental insurance problems from member dentists and helps answer questions regarding the CDT Code. He has been with the ADA for 22 years and prior to that spent 7 years working for the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dennis graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science.

Dr. Gigi Meinecke has been active in the field of facial injectables since 2004. In 2013 she established FACES Education, providing cosmetic and therapeutic injectable training to medical and dental professionals with a core focus on comprehensive facial anatomy. Her programs regularly integrate cadaver study with live patient injections.

In addition to teaching nationally, Dr. Meinecke is instructor and the Course Director for the Facial Injectables Pre-doctoral program at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. She also provides litigation support as an expert witness in the injectable domain.

Dr. Meinecke is a past President of the Maryland Academy of General Dentistry.
On the national level, she is past Chair of the ADA Council on Communications and serves as spokesperson for the AGD. She is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, the International College of Dentists, and the American College of Dentists. Dr. Meinecke maintains a private practice limited to facial injectables in Potomac, Maryland.

Dr. Travis Morgan

Dr. Morgan completed his undergraduate education at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
