On-site Registration Desk, Information and Attendee Check-in

At the meeting, please check in at the registration desk to note your attendance and receive your conference badge. The registration desk will be open in the Level 1 Lobby:

Thursday, May 11th                           2:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Friday, May 12th                                6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Saturday, May 13th                            6:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Registration fee includes admittance to Thursday’s reception, Saturday’s breakfast and most courses.

Cancellation Policy 

All refunds and cancellation requests must be submitted to our registration provider, Eleventh & Gather, via email (mcdc@prereg.net). Registration minus a $50 administrative fee will be refunded for requests received before April 24, 2023. No refunds will be made after April 24, 2023.
